Growth Operations Coordinator

Remote • Part-Time Independent Contractor

We are a boutique business development and storytelling agency helping founders, executives, brands, and organizations build stronger narratives, grow strategically, and operate more effectively.

Our work blends business strategy, storytelling, partnerships, marketing, and operational excellence. We believe great ideas deserve great systems, and we're looking for someone who enjoys helping build those systems.

About the Role:

Some people enjoy completing tasks. Others enjoy building the systems that keep everything running. If you're someone who naturally organizes projects, creates structure, improves workflows, and enjoys helping teams operate more efficiently, we'd love to meet you.

This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant role. While administrative coordination is certainly part of the position, we're ultimately looking for someone who enjoys thinking operationally, someone who asks:

- How can this process be improved?
- How can we stay more organized?
- What's missing?
- How do we make this easier for the entire team?

You'll work directly with leadership across multiple client projects, helping transform ideas into organized, repeatable systems that move work from concept to execution.

Primary Objective: Build systems that help ideas become completed projects.

What You'll Do
1. Project Operations
2. Coordinate multiple client and internal projects from planning through execution.
3. Track timelines, deliverables, priorities, and follow-up items.
4. Prepare meeting agendas, meeting notes, and action plans.
5. Systems & Organization
6. Organize Google Workspace, client assets, and internal documentation.
7. Build and improve workflows, templates, SOPs, and operational processes.
8. Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency.
9. Growth Operations
10. Maintain CRM records, lead pipelines, and partnership tracking.
11. Support client onboarding and project setup.
12. Coordinate email marketing campaigns, Meta Ads implementation, and basic reporting.
13. Organize brand messaging documents, campaign briefs, and strategic content plans.

Preferred Experience -

Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- ClickUp, ---------- , Asana, or similar project management software
- CRM management

- Email marketing platforms
- Meta Ads Manager
- Marketing operations
- Business operations
- Administrative or project coordination

What Success Looks Like (After 60 Days)

By the end of your first 60 days, you should be able to:

? Keep multiple client and internal projects organized with minimal supervision.
? Build and improve operational systems that make the team more efficient.
? Maintain project documentation, CRM records, and internal workflows with consistency.
? Identify bottlenecks and proactively recommend improvements.
? Help leadership spend more time making strategic decisions and less time managing day-to-day operations.

Position Details -

Role: Growth Operations Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote

Type: Part-Time Independent Contractor

Compensation:

$6.00 USD/hour during an initial 30-day engagement. Upon successful completion, the agreement will transition to a renewed three-month contract at a higher hourly rate.

As our agency continues to grow, compensation and responsibilities will continue to evolve based on performance, ownership, and the successful expansion of client operations.

Time Commitment: Approximately 5–8 hours per day, with onboarding initially averaging around 4 hours per day.

Billing: Bi-monthly invoicing (twice per month)

Payment Terms: Net 7 Days
