We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organised Virtual Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder of Gravitas.

This is not a basic admin role. We need someone intelligent, reliable, and commercially minded who can become an extension of the founder and help with research, sales support, outreach, organisation, and day-to-day business tasks.

Responsibilities
Various tasks like hiring freelancers on upwork/Linkedin,
Talking to suppliers
liasing with accountants
Dealing with designers and doing social media posts.
Using software to plan social media posts.
Using gmail and Office 365 for sending emails
All sorts of various tasks that can change on a daily basis.
I may give you a full project to implement. You need to manage it, pay people, hire people manage all the process of sub projects.

Requirements
Based in the Philippines
Excellent written and spoken English
Graduate or highly educated
Problem solver / project manager type.
Smart, resourceful, and a strong problem-solver
Very organised and detail-oriented
Good with software, spreadsheets, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and online research
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT
Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently

Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, or B2B lead generation is a bonus.

Salary

50000+ PHP per month
