Executive Assistant
Location: Remote

Job Summary
We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant for our clients based in Toronto Canada (EST).

* MUST HAVE GOOD IMPECCABLE ENGLISH WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS
* Must be able to critically think independently
* Manage daily emails of clients.
* MUST BE A PROACTIVE PERSON, Ask questions, do the next step necessary and not wait for instructions everytime
* Need someone who can be an extension of the client, like a second brain.

As an Executive assistant you will be providing support to businessmen to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, very organized customer service and the ability to handle a dynamic work environment.

This is a Work-From-Home (WFH) position. Candidates must have a stable, fast, and reliable internet connection capable of supporting video/voice calls and minimal power interruptions in their area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inbox Management: Efficiently manage and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
* Communication: Act as a professional liaison, handling phone calls with clarity and confidence, and representing our brand positively.
* Research & Data Management: Utilize Google and ChatGPT to conduct research, gather information, and assist with various projects.
* Scheduling & Calendar Management: Organize appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring optimal time use.
* Typing and Documentation: Capable of typing documents at a speed of at least 40 words per minute, ensuring accuracy and attention to details.
* General Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, phone-calls, document management, and other tasks as needed
* Digital Marketing : Strong skill-sets in using Linkedin, Instagram, Ability to make marketing posts & Edit instagram reel videos.

Requirements:

* Candidate must have minimum 2+ Years in Admin support & Executive Assistant or a similar role
* Strong proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, Facebook, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
* Must be comfortable to work the night shift, from 9AM - 5PM (Toronto timezone EST) / 10PM-6AM PHT.
* Exceptional organization and management skills.
* Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace, familiarity with ChatGPT, and ability to learn new softwares rapidly.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
* Strong critical thinking and the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
* Stable, fast, and reliable internet connection capable of supporting video/voice calls (At least 35mbps or higher)

Computer Specifications:

* Processor intel core i5 or above (8th generation or higher) /16GB RAM/ SSD (Solid state drive) of 256GB /Operating system: Windows 10 or above. External keyboard and mouse
