About ZenHomes

ZenHomes is a lean, high-performing real estate company based in Texas. We acquire off-market properties, manage rentals, and operate with clarity, accountability, and systems.

We run a small, trusted team across the U.S. and the Philippines. We don’t do busywork. We don’t micromanage. We care about outcomes.

About This Role (Read Carefully)

This is a high-expectation Executive Assistant role supporting the CEO directly.

Even though the position is remote, expectations are real from Day 1: speed, accuracy, follow-through, and emotional maturity.

This role exists to:
• Buy back the CEO’s time immediately
• Reduce noise, errors, and dropped details
• Execute quickly within clear guidelines
• Improve rapidly through direct feedback

Feedback here is direct and timely because standards are high. The goal is improvement, not perfection—but repeated mistakes signal misalignment.

If something is unclear, elite operators pause and ask first. Once clarified, execution must be fast and precise.

Autonomy is earned quickly through judgment, correction speed, and consistency.
