Executive Assistant / ClickUp Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly organized, intelligent, and fast-moving Executive Assistant / Operations Manager who can help bring structure, organization, and execution into a fast-growing international fashion company.

This is not a simple assistant role.
You will become the operational right hand of management and help organize projects, teams, suppliers, logistics, deadlines, reporting, and daily execution through ClickUp and other operational systems.

We are looking for somebody who enjoys bringing order into chaos and can transform scattered operations into clear systems and workflows.

Your Responsibilities:

* Organize and manage daily operations in ClickUp
* Build dashboards, task structures, SOPs, workflows, and automations
* Coordinate teams, suppliers, production follow-up, and ongoing projects
* Follow up deadlines aggressively and ensure execution
* Structure communication between departments
* Manage calendars, priorities, reminders, and operational reporting
* Create operational systems for stores, logistics, sourcing, accounting, and management
* Track pending tasks and ensure accountability from all tea ---------- mbers
* Help management stay focused and organized
* Handle operational emergencies and problem-solving quickly
* Prepare reports, summaries, and execution plans
* Coordinate with international teams across Europe and Asia

Requirements:

* Advanced ClickUp experience is REQUIRED
* Experience as Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or Operations Coordinator
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Strong communication skills in English
* Fast response time and strong follow-up mentality
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
* Experience with Shopify, sourcing, logistics, accounting follow-up, or fashion operations is a strong advantage
* Experience building workflows and dashboards is highly preferred
