Everything Assistant

Looking for the VA who never needs to be asked twice.

I run a large operation and I need a right-hand person someone organized, sharp, and self-directed enough that I can hand off a task with a Loom video and trust it'll get done correctly the first time. No babysitting. No chasing.
This is an "Everything VA" role, which means social media and ---------- are the core of what you'll do, but on any given day I might also ask you to organize a Notion database, clean up a Google Drive, draft an email, schedule something, or research a vendor. If I can record a Loom explaining it, you can do it.

What you'll be doing day-to-day:

- Running point on ---------- — moderation, member onboarding, organizing channels, managing roles, working with bots, handling community questions
- Owning Notion docs, dashboards, and SOPs
- Keeping Google Drive organized and accessible
- Executing one-off tasks I assign via Loom (research, outreach, data entry, scheduling, vendor coordination, etc.)
- Flagging issues before they become problems

You're a fit if:

- You've actively used ---------- for 2+ years and know your way around roles, permissions, bots (MEE6, Carl-bot, Dyno, etc.), and community management
- You have real social media experience — not just "I have a personal Instagram." You've grown or managed accounts and can show me what you've worked on
- You're available during US business hours (specify your timezone in the application)
- You're fluent in Notion and Google Drive and pick up new tools quickly
- You're obsessively organized — if your own files and tasks are a mess, this role will eat you alive
- You communicate proactively. You don't wait to be asked for status updates
- You can watch a Loom once and execute, then build an SOP from it so you never need to be told again
- Your written English is sharp

You're NOT a fit if:
- You need step-by-step hand-holding
- You go silent for hours during your work block
- You've juggled 5 other clients and "fit them in"
- You need every task to be perfectly scoped before you can start
