Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as an Operations Assistant within our construction company will include but not be limited to:
Support management in various administrative tasks to facilitate smooth operations.
Liaise with subcontractors and coordinate their schedules for jobs.
Liaise and support clients throughout their project
Data Entry
Managing and maintaining our online systems
Monitor and respond to
Schedule appointments for the Director and optimise schedules to maximise productivity.
Review and submits WHS reports accurately and promptly.
Coordinate the ordering of materials, and manage their delivery and storage.
Manage and prepare toolbox meetings and alike.
Prepare reports and assist management with planning, marketing and strategy.

We are looking for an agile, detailed-oriented and problem-solving individual to join our team as a full-time Operations Assistant at Ages Build Pty Ltd and hit the ground running! This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service to our clients.
