JOB OVERVIEW

Virtual Assistant (Fast-Paced Admin + Customer Support) – Some Evenings & Weekends

Join the best run lawn care and landscaping company in Northern Virginia. We’re growing fast and need YOUR help! We are looking for someone who can keep things organized, respond quickly and correctly, and not let anything fall through the cracks.

This is not a slow or easy role.
We move fast and expect our candidate to be very proficient, efficient, and have a good sense of urgency.

What You’ll Be Doing (Daily)

* Responding to emails and text messages (fast & accurately— this is a big one)
*Making estimate followup calls
*Creating SOP's and Systems
*Making sure every lead is tracked correctly in our system
* Moving jobs forward daily (nothing gets stuck)
* Tagging and cleaning up data in our CRM
* Posting on our Google Business profile
* Responding to Google reviews
* Helping keep Google Drive organized
* Light marketing support (social posts, basic updates)
* Ordering random things when needed (business cards, flyers, etc.)
*More-role can change based on company org chart.
*Learning/use of software is very important.


Schedule

* Potential Saturdays
* Must be available up to 9:00 PM EST
* This will likely be a split shift (morning or evening coverage)

What I Care About

* You respond FAST
* You are organized
* You don’t need to be chased
* You follow through
* You are very tech-savvy and can figure things out without being told every step

I don’t want to wonder if something got done.

Tech-Savvy (Very Important)

You need to be very comfortable with technology.

This means:

* You can learn new software quickly without step-by-step instructions
* You’ve worked with CRMs, dashboards, or automation tools
* You can set things up (not just click buttons)
* You can troubleshoot issues and figure things out on your own

We use tools like:

* Service Autopilot (CRM)
* GoHighLevel
* Google Drive
* Marketing and messaging platforms

If you need constant help with tech, this is not the right role. (we want you to be able to teach us how to use something on occasion :)

**Requirements**

* Strong written English
* Extremely organized and detail-oriented
* Fast responder (non-negotiable)
* Tech-savvy
* Reliable internet
* Open to work evenings + possible Saturdays
*Ability to figure things out

Bonus (Not Required)

* Knowledge of Lawn Care or Home Service Industry
*Experience with CRMs (Service Autopilot, GoHighLevel, etc.)
* Canva or basic design
* Social media posting

You must have a computer with dual monitors, a webcam, and fast internet. Please submit a picture of your set up and internet speed.
We will do 2 interviews and the second one is a “project”. The way you complete and follow the directions of the project will be the main determining factor on who we hire.
