We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support a fast-moving founder and product team. This is not your average VA gig — we need someone who’s proactive and capable of turning ideas into organized, actionable plans.
You’ll be embedded in product conversations, helping translate design reviews and strategy discussions into structured priorities, documentation, and next steps. Your superpower is creating clarity based on various conversations and interactions.
Responsibilities
1. Attend key meetings (via Teams) to track discussions and outcomes
2. Review Figma files with CEO to discuss design, take contextual notes and post comments, and extract key tasks
3. Document weekly priorities based on what was discussed — organize into Asana or other tool that is used at the time.
4. Maintain a living task board that reflects current work status of various project focuses (In Progress, Completed, Not Started)
5. Help ensure nothing falls through the cracks — serve as a memory extension for the founder
6. Scheduling meetings when necessary
