We specialize in providing exceptional, stress-free beauty services for brides and bridal parties. We are looking for a highly organized, highly detail-oriented, and self-motivated Administrative Customer Support / Event Project Coordinator to help streamline and enhance our operations.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate beauty team schedules for bridal appointments and events.
* Communicate with clients to confirm bookings, timelines, and event details.
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently.
* Maintain operational systems to track bookings, contracts, and schedules.
* Provide administrative support for day-to-day operations and special projects.
* Support the recruitment and onboarding of tea
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Reliable computer and stable internet connection.
* Passion for the bridal beauty industry and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Experience in Honeybook or Dubsado would be a plus.
