Nonprofit Megaphone empowers organizations to expand their reach and impact by assisting them in obtaining and effectively managing the Google Ad Grant/Microsoft Ads for Social Impact Grant. Position Specifics: Contract position, full-time, hourly position, 9:00-5:00 M-F within EST, CST, MST, AKST, or PST time zones.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $5 USD per hour.
- An optional soft close week which falls between Christmas Eve and New Year’s Day to give our employees time to rest, relax, and recharge before the new year.
- A $175 USD instant starting balance in your Tech and Wellness Stipend account upon successful completion of your 90-day review. You will then start receiving a $7 USD monthly recurring injection on your 1-year anniversary.
Job Summary:
The Administrative Specialist supports the Client Services team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and improving workflows. This role ensures efficiency, contributes to process enhancements, and assists with special projects while fostering team success and a positive culture.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Complete data entry, record-keeping, and operational tasks with precision and attention to detail to maintain accurate and organized records.
- Manage and update company databases and spreadsheets, ensuring all systems are consistent and synchronized.
- Take on new administrative tasks from the Client Services team to free up tea
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and implement process changes that enhance team efficiency without compromising quality.
- Share ideas and collaborate with the Client Services Administration Lead and Head of Technical Infrastructure about additional responsibilities the admin team could manage.
- Ensure the accuracy of all work by reviewing and double-checking tasks, maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Complete all tasks in a timely manner and follow up with tea
- Provide support to leadership by assisting with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Use technology tools like Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other platforms to perform tasks efficiently and analyze data for insights and improvements.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by displaying flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to supporting the success and well-being of the team.
Qualifications:
- Complete fluency in the English language, including spelling of words, rules of composition, and proper grammar.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology, including competence with computers, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and the willingness to go outside of your comfort zone to learn more.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently in a remote setting.
- Excellent time management skills and a home environment that supports working remotely.
- Ability to meet quality standards and provide positive customer service to clients.
- Ability to receive constructive criticism and feedback on your work and a constant willingness to improve.
- Ability to analyze data and information and identify the underlying principles, reasons, and facts behind it.
- Maintain a good attitude, friendliness with clients, and positivity with tea
- Ability to stay organized, juggle multiple priorities, and complete tasks quickly and accurately. Understands the importance of efficiency.

Tech Requirements:
