About the Role
We're seeking a talented Notion designer/developer to transform our existing Google Docs content into engaging, interactive Notion workspaces. This is a freelance/part-time opportunity perfect for someone who can elevate content presentation through Notion's unique capabilities.
Responsibilities

Convert content from Google Docs into visually appealing Notion pages
Design intuitive navigation systems and information architecture
Implement interactive elements (toggles, databases, galleries, timelines)
Create visually cohesive layouts with appropriate styling
Optimize readability and user engagement across all pages
Maintain brand consistency throughout documents

Requirements

Proven experience designing in Notion (portfolio examples required)
Strong understanding of Notion's capabilities and limitations
Excellent eye for design, typography, and visual hierarchy
Ability to transform standard documents into interactive experiences
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
Availability for regular check-ins during the project

Nice to Have

Experience with Notion formulas and advanced database features
Understanding of information architecture principles
Background in UX/UI design
Familiarity with content strategy

Project Structure
This role will initially focus on specific document conversions with potential for ongoing collaboration. We're flexible on working hours but require consistent communication and timely delivery.
