Profile Description

I am an apparel and print-on-demand production specialist with 12+ years of experience. I built Tshirtfella from freelance work into a high-volume design business serving Merch by Amazon, Etsy, Shopify and other POD sellers.

At our peak, I managed 45 graphic artists and thousands of designs and variations each week. I handled creative direction, quality control, artist training, file organization and production deadlines. This taught me how to keep large design volume fast, accurate and consistent.

I have hands-on experience with screen printing, DTF, sublimation, vinyl and jersey production. I have operated the machines, so I understand the real cost of a wrong print file: wasted film, ink, garments, labor and time, especially for mass orders. I check size, resolution, color mode, transparency, white layers, placement and small details before production.

I do not only make artwork that looks good on screen. I make designs that can sell, print correctly and feel good to wear. I avoid large heavy blocks of ink when possible. I use garment color, negative space, halftones, texture and better spacing to keep prints breathable and comfortable.

I also have confidential experience creating collegiate, athlete, sports and NIL apparel while following branding, licensing and production rules.

I use Photoshop, Illustrator, AI tools, scripts, templates and batch systems to speed up research, variations, file preparation and quality control. I solve artwork problems before they reach production and keep high-volume work organized.
