I have extensive experience with QuickBooks as a bookkeeper at a US CPA firm. I managed the books for approximately 50 clients, updating them with monthly bank reconciliations and categorizations.

* Manage end-to-end bookkeeping processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately coded to appropriate accounts.
* Reconcile and maintain the balance sheet and general ledger for assigned clients. 
* Responsible for managing the routine ‘day-to-day’ bookkeeping requirements across some clients to a high standard.
* Responsible for monitoring bank feeds, confirming that all bank account feeds are in order on a daily basis.
*Responsible for reviewing and allocating all bank transactions for each client on a daily basis.
* Responsible for completing any bank reconciliations for all bank accounts across all clients on a weekly
and/or monthly basis.
* Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
* Reconciling accounts payable and accounts receivable balances with bank statements or other records to ensure that all transactions have been recorded accurately.
* Processing bills by recording invoices received from suppliers or vendors on an accounting system database.
