Virtual Assistant and Behavioral Health practitioner

Create and submit Patient Index Database/Masterlist, Admission and Discharge Reports, Weekly Monitoring Reports, Monthly Accomplishment Reports and Progress Reports to Court. Create and submit Activity Proposals for Out-Patient, Aftercare and Community-based units. Responsible for Statement of Account for Billing purposes, Staff Duty Schedule and Purchase Requests. Propose and facilitate sustainable development activities for clients and staff. Request and conduct home visitation to patients. Conducts Urine Drug Testing, Case Management, Counseling, Treatment Planning, Referral, Screening and Assessment of Recovering Drug Dependents.

Administer and interpret Psychological Tests/Exams (e.g. Personality Tests, Intelligence/IQ Tests, Projective Tests) for Recovering Drug Dependents. Conduct interviews with Recovering Drug Dependents and their significant others for data gathering to be integrated in the client's assessment and progress reports. Write Assessments/Psychological Evaluation Reports. Collaborate with Social Worker/Welfare Officers and Nurses for Recovering Drug Dependents counseling sessions and possible treatment/therapeutic intervention.

Upload client information leads to Verizon database for agents to call. Data entry functions focus on generating daily, weekly and monthly reports containing sales, agent dispositions, duration of time the agents worked. Responsible for other tasks the client may assign such as creating reports for outstanding leads available and specific notes on customer requests.
