Hi Im Sugar. Been working with BPO companies for 10 years as techinical support, customer service and sales representative both inbound and outbound. One of the company that I have worked with is Telus (Canada Internet, Tv, mobile, security and ladline provider) and Royal Carribean (Cruise Line). I worked as outbound agent with Telus (B2B) which we are asked to offer 3 year term contract from their existing services. We are given leads from salesforce. And addition to that we are also upselling products that the business doesnt have. We schedule appointments for their new services. Then with Royal Carribean, I do inbound calls which Im helping the guest to book their cruise and helping them the best itinerary and sailing specially for those who are first timers. Im confident that I am qualified as appointment setter as I am good in communication skills, dealing with people and definitely gaining clients trust as I am good in convincing people.
