In my previous role, I provided customer support by answering incoming calls, addressing customer concerns, and resolving any issues related to our products or services. I was responsible for ensuring that each customer's inquiry was handled efficiently and professionally, offering solutions to problems, processing returns or exchanges when necessary, and providing information about our offerings. I also kept detailed records of customer interactions, followed up on unresolved issues, and worked closely with other departments to ensure that any customer-related problems were fixed in a timely manner.

In my previous role, my main responsibility was inputting and organizing multiple data sets into spreadsheets, ensuring that all records were accurate and up-to-date. I maintained these sheets as a reference to quickly address any customer concerns. Part of my job also involved reviewing every detail to verify the accuracy of the information, performing regular checks to ensure everything was correct and consistent

I've been using Microsoft Excel since day one in my previous job, where my tasks included creating sheets and inputting data, such as bank payments or other types of payments.

I have some experience with QuickBooks, but I’m still in the early stages of using the software. While I’m not yet fully familiar with all its features, I’m eager to expand my knowledge and skills. I’m highly motivated to learn more about QuickBooks and am confident in my ability to quickly get up to speed and master its tools.
