I hold an active Real Estate Broker license and a degree in Accounting Technology. At PMPC, full-cycle bookkeeping and property work weren't separate departments. Monthly P&L, bank reconciliation, variance analysis, and vendor management ran alongside ROPA monitoring, appraisal, and subdivision project oversight. One person. Both tracks.
On the finance side: iAccs, Excel, Google Sheets — clean financials your auditor can work with, plus written variance commentary. On the property side: Review PVS/IVS-compliant appraisal reports, Sales Comparison Grid analysis, ROPA tracking.
