I have been using Revit for about a year, mainly focusing on construction, building, and architectural design. During my college years, I used it to create 3D models and perspectives for my final projects. Through this, I gained hands-on experience in visualizing design concepts and presenting detailed architectural layouts.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the Sitel account for a UK-based electric energy company, your role involves assisting customers with inquiries about their electricity service, billing concerns, and account updates. You will handle calls or chats professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction while providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.

During my college years as a Civil Engineering student, I developed skills in using AutoCAD and applied them to various academic projects. I gained experience in creating detailed 2D drawings and basic 3D models, which enhanced my understanding of design and technical drafting. These projects allowed me to practice accuracy, organization, and attention to detail. Overall, working with AutoCAD strengthened my foundation in engineering design and documentation.

I worked as an intern in a geotechnical engineering company where I served as a junior lab technician. During this time, I learned how soil testing is conducted and was involved in recording and computing results. I gained practical experience with tests such as compaction, Atterberg limits, and other standard soil classification procedures. This internship helped me build a strong foundation in geotechnical analysis and improved my technical accuracy and attention to detail.
