Dispute Analyst Skills:
A Dispute Analyst specializes in resolving conflicts related to transactions, accounts, or claims, often working in credit card companies, banks, or customer service departments. They investigate and resolve disputes between customers and businesses, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and according to company policies.
-Ability to handle various types of disputes (fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, billing errors) and ensure proper resolution.
-Analyzing transactions and account history to identify the root cause of a dispute, gathering relevant documentation and evidence.
-Understanding and applying industry regulations such as the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA), Regulation Z, and other consumer protection laws.
-Analyzing data related to customer accounts, transactions, and dispute history to identify patterns or fraudulent activity.
-Understanding credit card processing, banking systems, and other financial products to effectively analyze disputes related to charges or fees.

And as a Loan Processor I ensure that I check the credit history , financial capability , and employment history of the customer to avoid inconvenient to both parties. Gathering all the needed information to ensure that once the application will be sent there's no any problem.
