I have a strong background in administrative management, insurance processing, and operations. Over the years, I’ve handled a wide range of tasks including invoicing through MYOB and XERO, creating and maintaining customer and supplier profiles in XPM, managing bank reconciliations, and following up on debtors. I’m also experienced in managing business emails, assigning and tracking tasks in Trello, and taking care of various ad-hoc administrative responsibilities.As part of my operations and leadership experience, I’ve supervised teams, provided training, monitored daily performance, and ensured smooth workflow and timely delivery of results. I’ve handled payroll processing using Excel, maintained timekeeping records, and established work schedules and production goals. My experience as an Operations Manager taught me how to effectively manage people and processes to meet both productivity and quality ---------- the insurance field, I’ve worked extensively with new business processing, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and follow-ups for client invoices and closings. I’ve also been involved in quoting through various insurers and coord ---------- ting between clients and providers.Additionally, I have experience in marketing and client engagement—managing social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, designing materials using Canva, and working with CRM tools like Asana and Infusionsoft. I also have a background in medical billing, quality assurance, and basic bookkeeping, which all contribute to my well-rounded skill set.
