Inbound Sales and marketing- in my callcenter experience with peoplesupport and Hewlett Packard we take calls from customers regarding existing bookings that needs to be resolve or simply just asking for details and we do upsell our other products and services.

Customer Service- has always been my main work for years that i’m in the BPO industry. I find it fulfilling when I get to help and resolved concerns of our customer. I was with Peoplesupport for more than 6 years handling airline account and hotel bookings. I assist customers with their flight bookings,could it be rebooking, flight cancellations and other situation that could possibly affect their bookings. For almost a year I worked at Hewlett Packard also as customer service and sales consultant on hotel bookings.
