I have 14 years of work experience in BPO industry, and this is under one company only - TP Philippines.
I started as CSR, then levelled up myself to a QA Analyst role, then as QA Reporting Analyst, and then later as Power BI Developer.
As Power BI Developer, I have extensive experience working with large databases, designing and developing interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards.


Prior to TP, I have also worked as an Accounting Clerk for five years.
I'm also a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt trained.
