I work primarily with Claude daily to build evaluation systems, generate structured feedback, draft training briefs, and produce materials. I construct detailed prompts and use AI iteratively, including prompting it to ask me clarifying questions before generating output, which meaningfully improves accuracy and usefulness of results.

Provided virtual assistance to multiple international clients across different time zones, handling inbox and calendar coordination, lead generation, research, and general administrative workflows. Self-directed and comfortable managing tasks across multiple clients without close supervision.

Background in applied research through my HCD degree and internship at the Development Academy of the Philippines, plus hands-on web research and information synthesis from VA work supporting global clients. Comfortable finding, organizing, and presenting information efficiently across different industries and topics.

Over a year of experience designing and facilitating pre-employment training programs, conducting mock intro calls, and evaluating trainee performance across globally diverse cohorts. I develop training materials including slide decks, session scripts, simulation briefs, and formatting guides, and use AI tools daily to support content creation, feedback consistency, and evaluation quality.

Completed an instructional design internship where I simplified complex modules, expanded underdeveloped topics, and designed individual activities to improve learner engagement. I approach content with the learner's experience as the starting point, and apply ADDIE principles in my training work at Magic.
