Within six months, I was promoted to a specialized role due to my strong performance, leadership skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I remained with the company for four years until the account was affected by the pandemic.

Afterward, I joined VXI Philippines and worked on the AT&T account, gaining valuable sales and customer engagement experience. I later returned to the travel industry with Hopper as a Traveler Experience Agent, where I spent three successful years and earned a promotion to a senior role because of my strong performance and dedication to delivering excellent customer service. Following the closure of that account, I continued my career with AmaWaterways as an Air Specialist.
