I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Human Resource Development Management, from Batangas State University. I also completed a Computer Literacy Vocational Course at ACLC Lipa.
I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of roles throughout my career, which has allowed me to build a strong and diverse background. My journey started as a Working Student at McDonald's, where I learned the importance of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. I was responsible for everything from assisting customers to managing the cash register, all while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
From there, I moved on to become a Customer Service Representative at Army Navy in Makati City, where I learned how to handle complaints, product orders, and provide information to clients. This experience helped me develop a knack for offering personalized solutions, which became a foundation for my growth in customer service.
I then advanced in my career at Wintouch Surveying Office and General Services. I began as an Office Secretary, where I managed administrative duties like organizing files, preparing documents, and scheduling appointments.
I also gained experience as a Real Estate Support and Administrative Assistant with NMB Secretarial Support Services as a part-time job. In this role, I assisted clients in real estate transactions by preparing legal documents, such as contracts and leases, while ensuring compliance with real estate laws. I handled administrative tasks like scheduling and maintaining organized records.
Earlier in my career, I worked with Navarro’s Secretarial Office, specializing in preparing and managing real estate legal documents, transfer of ownership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. My strong performance led me to a promotion as Office Manager, where I was responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading a team. I helped streamline office processes and made sure that everything ran smoothly.
Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to gain valuable experience in customer service, office management, and real estate support. I’ve learned to work efficiently under pressure, manage complex tasks, and deliver exceptional service to both clients and teams.
