As a cold caller, my primary role involves reaching out to specific homeowners, gauging their interest in selling or considering a cash offer. I gather essential details, particularly focusing on the "four pillars," and qualify leads based on the sellers' motivation level. Beyond cold calling, I am experienced in acquisition management. I can identify comparable properties using tools like Propstream, Zillow, and Redfin, and I'm proficient in calculating ARV (After Repair Value) and MAO (Maximum Allowable Offer). I'm well-versed in presenting offers to sellers, creating contracts, and using DocuSign for document handling. I also possess experience in disposition management, wherein I assist clients in expanding their buyer lists by crafting advertisements through online platforms like Facebook, as well as through calls and email blasting.
In addition to my individual expertise, I have a team of Real Estate Virtual Assistants (VA's), comprising cold callers, appointment setters, an acquisition manager, a lead manager, and a disposition manager. Each of my agent has a minimum of one year of experience in real estate cold calling, and they are ready to start at your convenience. We offer cost-effective services, providing training and coaching to ensure our agents deliver not only quantity but also quality leads.
