I am a graduate of BS Psychology with an experience in Customer Service and office admin tasks. With my previous work experiences, I learned how to multi task and as well as to organize my tasks effectively.
I was a former Guidance Counselor for College students, in which my main responsibility was to developed and implement individualized behavior plans to assist students with achieving good academic and behavioral goals. I was also the OJT Coordinator, and I assist the students by communicating with different companies in order for them to get a slot in their company and have their trainings there.
I also organize the students and as well as the faculty data and make sure that they were entered accurately and maintain confidentiality of personal records.
In addition, I was also a Customer Service Representative in a BPO industry where I learned how to adapt quickly to the diverse needs of the customers. I also learned how to make myself calm even during stressful calls.
