Hi, I’m Engr. Rimuel M. Bathan, a licensed Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in Virtual Assistance, Podcast Outreach, Operations Support, and Social Media Management.

My background in engineering built the way I work today: structured, detail-oriented, deadline-conscious, and focused on execution. I’m someone who values clarity, organization, measurable progress, and getting things done properly. Over time, I’ve applied that same mindset to remote work by supporting clients across admin, outreach, research, coordination, content, and workflow support.

I have hands-on experience in podcast outreach and booking support, including podcast research, prospect list building, host and contact research, personalized outreach, follow-up management, booking coordination, tracker maintenance, and campaign support. I’ve worked across business, AI, digital marketing, SEO, entrepreneurship, travel marketing, real estate, and other niche-focused podcast categories depending on the client and objective.

I also support social media and content operations, including campaign execution, LinkedIn newsletter support, content generation, infographic creation, quote cards, social post drafting, asset creation, content repurposing, posting workflows, article and newsletter quality checks, bio link updates, and platform-specific content support. My work has included helping create and publish content assets for brand campaigns, newsletter-based content, infographic posts, video-related social content, and day-to-day social media execution.

On top of that, I’m comfortable working inside organized systems and fast-moving workflows. I can help with admin support, research, outreach, spreadsheets, content coordination, and execution across multiple moving parts without needing constant follow-up. I don’t just aim to finish tasks.
