I help U.S.-based businesses keep their books accurate, organized, and ready for review or tax preparation.

My experience includes day-to-day bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, transaction categorization, accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping cleanup and catch-up, customer invoicing, payment recording, and month-end support using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.

I also have hands-on experience supporting U.S. tax preparation workflows for individual and business returns, giving me a stronger understanding of how clean bookkeeping connects with tax-ready financial records.

Before focusing on U.S. bookkeeping and tax support, I worked in Accounts Payable using SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA, handling vendor invoices, 2-way and 3-way matching, PO and non-PO invoices, payment runs, invoice validation, and discrepancy resolution.
