I also do Social Media Marketing, creating Marketing materials like flyers, social media content, and Feature Sheets using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. I do have experience in QuickBooks as well like monitoring payments & invoices and making sure amounts are accurate and correct. I also create and schedule posts using Buffer or Hootsuite. I’m a very reliable and trustworthy person that I can do tasks independently with minimal supervision. And at the same time I’m very very very organized, detail-oriented and I communicate with clients as much as possible to keep them posted and updated.
I’ve been a Property Manager Assistant where I manage our listings and Tenant Info in Buildium and AppFolio. Update information of listings in Buildium like Rent Fee, Tenants Names, Deposits, Water Fee and other charges. I used to monitor our spreadsheet tracker for the Tenant’s rent expiration. And I also List homes for rent on
I also handle QUICKBOOKS where I monitor incoming payments, deposits and outgoing transfers. I categorize them, make sure that I log them as well into the spreadsheet, and make a daily summary report. I also check transactions on every card linked on QB and check if the amount is correct in receipts & invoices. I export daily transactions in QB and transfer to daily report sheet.
As an experienced Virtual Assistant, I’ve developed the art of balancing my schedule to meet tight deadlines while under pressure. I am a techie person, a quick learner, reliable and self-motivated. I also welcome new challenges because I know that working remotely for 11 years I still have a lot of room to grow and learn. I'm also an eager learner who pays keen attention to details because as much as possible I really avoid errors. I love to organize things because I always want everything to be on the right and proper place. So even at home I'm always like that, I want our things to be in the proper place and I get irritated sometimes when there are pieces of stuff everywhere.
