I am an Accounts Payable specialist with experience in invoice verification, payment processing, and financial record management. I ensure accuracy by reviewing invoices, computing VAT and non-VAT taxes, and maintaining compliance with BIR regulations. I prepare payment vouchers with complete and accurate supporting documents for vendors, suppliers, and employees. I use BOS and FS systems, EBT system, and Google Sheets to record, track, and organize financial data efficiently. I am detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining accurate and organized financial records while meeting deadlines.

I coordinate closely with the underwriter to track conditional approval and begin requesting required conditions. I handle both borrower and third-party conditions, including those from the insurance agent, escrow officer, and title officer, and follow up on any outstanding or updated documents. I also send Closing Disclosure (CD) and document requests to the compliance team. I ensure all conditions are cleared to move the loan to Clear to Close (CTC). Additionally, I work on the broker side and handle files for an investor, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
