MS EXCEL: I use this spreadsheet tool to analyze financial data especially when working with lots of financial data and different functionalities.

Interpersonal skills is important for me in order to work efficiently with others, to lead others and in solving problems. Being able to understand other people, being supportive and respectful in the way I work with my team is very essential to a more productive job.

Being a department manager needed a strong leadership qualities. Having to work overseas in most of my working career i have experienced working with different people, different cultures and in different places. And it's always a multifaceted role, and almost always complicated. Coupled with these exposure, my innate natural leadership ability helped a lot to build a strong team and enabled success.
