I am a stellar Certified Public Accountant/Bookkeeper with more than seven years of experience in managing financial records, reconciling accounts, financial reporting and tax preparation. Proficient in accounting software such as MS Excel, XERO and QuickBooks. I am also a Certified XERO Advisor.

SET UP ORGANIZATION IN XERO/QBO
- Set Up/Customize Chart of Accounts
- Connect Bank Accounts to set up Bank Feeds
- Create Customized Invoice Templates
- Create and Manage Bills
- Enter Opening Balances if applicable
- Review and Customize Organization Settings

DAILY BOOKKEEPING IN XERO/QBO
- Record all financial transactions including but not limited to cash receipts, cash disbursement, income and expenses.
- Create Bills, Sales Invoices, Quotes, Purchase Order, Credit Notes, etc.
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
- Monitor and manage receivable and payables to ensure timely collections and payments

FINANCIAL REPORTING
Report Monthly Financial Statements including:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit and Loss statement
- Statement of Cash Flows
- Aging of Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Customized Reports
- Comparative Reports
