• Follow defined workflow to complete Initiation of background checks, health screenings, and competency assessments • Follow a defined workflow to schedule health screenings at a clinic • Monitoring background check results and uploading completed results to the candidate file • Monitoring health screening results and conducting lab outreach to obtain missing results per a defined operating procedure • Provide a daily update to Credentialing Coordinator on all pending health screenings and background check searches • Uploading documents to the candidate’s file in appropriate internal reporting tools and systems • Follow escalations processes as defined • Conduct work in accordance with written expectations and as measured through defined through key performance indicators • Meet written turnaround times and other deliverables as directed
