General Virtual Assistant, Customer Service | Remote Admin Assistant - Logistics & Sales- Provide administrative support to the imports department. - Corresponding to clients and suppliers through email & communication apps such as (WeChat, Whatsapp, Slack & Outlook)
- Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records.
- In-depth recording of sales contracts and agreements.
- Processing orders in a timely manner
- Managing customer accounts and following up with customers for administrative purposes.

- Routing, mapping, allocating and dispatching engineers to their work designation.
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of Engineer's paperwork through digital checking.
- Compiling of employee timesheets.
- Streamlining of On-boarding process.
- Keeping record of employee documents for onboarding purposes.
