Profile Description

1 year of a report analyst in financial consulting. I process government benefit claims for employees and workers.

I handle financial reconciliation and payroll computation. Process over 20 reports every month—each for a different company with about 100 employees.

Here's how it works:
I gather claims data from three different sources—the government portal, each client company's own portal, and posted claims from our accounting team. I pull data from all three sources simultaneously, then consolidate everything into our internal platform, cross-referencing to make sure the same claims appear consistently across all sources.
Once consolidated and verified, I move into the computation phase. I enter the claims data line-by-line into our Excel spreadsheets, and then I calculate and compute the payroll taxes for each employee based on their claims and payments. Cross-check everything to ensure it balances and reconciles correctly.
After all computations are verified, I prepare the final invoices in Xero and send them to the client company staff.
