I am an experienced Customer Service Representative specializing in the Travel Industry. I am able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment with less supervision. I have a keen attention to detail, can do multitasking and possesses good communications skill in both written and verbal. Most importantly is that I have a can do attitude, always eager to learn and attain goals aligned to the business' success.
I’ve been working in BPO industry for more than 2yrs in Travel account for Flight, Hotel, Car, Ferry's and Train ticket using GDS such as Sabre Red, Sabre Cryptic,
Amadeus ( Cryptic and Altea ), Fare Logix and Airlines booking website. The task that we needs to be done is based on the request of our customers such as flight booking, flight exchange ( voluntary and involuntary ) , refunds, fare calculations, getting unused taxes.
Working as Travel Specialist has developed my skills in providing great service to clients by doing the extra mile. I believe in adhering to rules and guidelines as well as meeting target customer satisfaction scores and team goals. I make sure to help the team reach weekly/ monthly target goals by giving my best and performing well-proving clients with the best customer service experience.
