- I can provide administrative assistance to healthcare professionals in a hospital and clinic setting
- I can handle denials and ensure timely and accurate submission of claims
- I can resolve denials and follow-up oustanding A/R

- ModMed, Kareo, Tebra, Office Ally, and Prompt

- I am familiar with different payer portals, able to navigate and follow-up claims status, and do eligibility checking on Availity, NGSMedicare, United Healthcare, TriZetto, and more.
