My name is Jobelle Rose Martinez, worked in the BPO industry for 11 years. I would like to create another journey with my career as Virtual Assistant. I have 9 years’ experience with non-voice, documenting policy holder details, creating their policy's terms and condition and filing their policy on our system. I also have 2 years’ experience for voice account handling financial account for Credit One Bank, answering customers concern, handling different kind of people and different kind of emotion.
Other skills that I have will be video editing, audio mastering and troubleshooting, creating effective report and presentation, I can also do photo editing with a very keen eye for good result.
For soft skills I believe my best asset for that will be handling pressure with grace and optimism, other than that will be time management, creating itinerary for clients since I love travelling which I always do for myself when travelling alone.
