Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper/Sales

I was working as personal assistant before, financial planning is also part of my job such helping my boss to plan something with regards to her business. But when i got home I build my own business .I used the money that I received from my separation pay and from my savings for years of working. I din't buy any assets that has no return. Instead i build a mini-Bar and afterwards i bought a small land and build a small apartment. i know is not big enough that can provide the needs of my family but at least i have something to called tangible assets that generates income.

Working as a personal assistant is not easy job you know why? because every single day you are always talking to your boss. And not only in you boss but sometimes to her other employees and other clients. and you always have to deal with them even if they are not such in a good mood. Also running a small business is very crucial because you always need to be good in your customer eyes. You need to master the patience that you needed in your job and also in your business.

When i started working as a personal assistant. My boss always got angry to her younger brother due to lack of discipline. And i suggested to her to make some achievement chart, if he will be good for whole week and complete all the task he will receive a reward. And it works.

Working as a personal assistant and your boss is a CEO sometimes her voice will become yours. Like when she want something from other employee or she heard problems sometimes she will only told you to fix it without any word for it, you have to come up something to fix the problem.

As a mom of three, its not easy to budget your money easily. but because i learnd to budget it makes it easier. when you plan to budget your money all you have to put in mind is that you have to prioritize something more important than the things less important.

Im About to close my Mini-Bar but before it happen i came up to my mind that i have to change my services so that my customers could fell something that has never happen before. I saw that i need innovation and strategic planning to continue my business, so what i did was i hired singers every Friday and other days was video karaoke and instead they will pay every songs they will sing in weekdays i make it for free. And it works.
