From managing healthcare programs and coordinating research studies to overseeing community development projects, I have consistently prioritized meticulous planning, effective time management, and attention to detail. Whether it's creating and modifying course syllabi as a clinical instructor, supervising field research activities as a nurse researcher, or coordinating program activities as a provincial facilitator, I have maintained a structured approach to tasks while adapting seamlessly to changing priorities and deadlines

As a nurse researcher and research assistant at the Research Institute for Tropical Medicine, Department of Health, I played integral roles in the implementation of research initiatives targeting vaccine-preventable diseases and communicable illnesses. I supervised field research activities, managed data collection and analysis, and collaborated with stakeholders to conduct health education programs. Additionally, my involvement in projects such as the ARIVAC (Acute Respiratory Vaccine Project) and the Schistosomiasis and Diarrhea Project allowed me to conceptualize, execute, and evaluate locally adapted health interventions, further enhancing my research capabilities. Through these endeavors, I have developed a keen understanding of research methodologies, data management practices, and the importance of evidence-based approaches in addressing healthcare challenges.
