As a Customer Service Representative my tasks are
• Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide immediate solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process
• Provide information about products and services, do suggestive selling which fits customer needs and wants
• Take orders, calculate charges, analyze the bill, and process billing or payments.
• Review customer accounts and make changes, if necessary.
• Handle returns or complaints.
As a Travel Agent my tasks are
• Help passengers to plan for their trips
• Search international or domestic available trips using Sabre.
• Help to make and confirm reservations.
•
Provide good customer service.
• Re-book tickets and other arrangements.
