Profile Description

I manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
-in charge for account receivable trade and
Accounts payable trade
- Cash position
-bank reconciliation (all bank Peso, Dollar, Euro)
- Schedules /General Ledger
-Working fund / Disbursement
-Payables for Lessor / Sub lessor, for Local and International
- Costing, Sales Invoices / Cash Receipts

Payroll of Managers of all department and Executive Officer.
-weekly and monthly budgeting
-cash forecasting
-variance analysis
-Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
Coordinate and complete annual audits
Provide recommendations
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
-Meet financial accounting objectives
-Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
-In charge of Books of Account, FS Schedules, and General Journal or Adjustments.
In charge of Telegraphic transfer/ fund transfer for International Supplier and for the company budget.
