I have a 4 years experience in a customer service at Sutherland Philippines under Amazon Campaign. And a 4 years and
experience at Taskus under Shopify
campaign. At Amazon we do assists customers with regards to their issue with their order such as replacing, refunding missing orders, renewing their membership and handling their billing concern. Whilst in Shopify, we do help our merchants start their online business, help them basic customization of their store as well setting up their shipping etc. My strength is I can work under pressure, I can quickly adopt to changes and I am a fast learner. In my time in Amazon, I was able to be promoted as an SME or subject matter expert, where we trained newbies to start their career at the company. While, in Shopify, I was able to be promoted as support advisor specialist/mentoring where we help answer support question, such as technical and crucial concern thru slack. At the sametime, helping newly hired teammates who is acquiring to be a support advisor as well as mentor, in mentoring we do assists, coach mentees and auditing their tickets. And we our the one as well who will depend them to their assign teams/TLs to be endorsed.
