I have more than 3 years of experience in Real Estate from 2019 to Dec 2022 as full time to present as a part time. With 2 years experience as International Territory Specialist, where I traveled to other country to sell properties. Closing deals through online and offline globally. I am skilled using social media platform that I personally manage to promote the properties that I sell through Facebook, Business Suite ( Fb Page ), Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube. With Customer Relations Management (CRM). Tools: Canva, Lightroom, Picsart, Kinemaster ( Video Editing ) I am also a tech savy, using microsoft excel, msword, powerpoint, and other tools that I use for compiling. My biggest achievement that I have accomplished when I started my real estate career is when I reached my first 30Million Sales after 3 months with my eagerness and seeing myself loving my job as realtor helping home buyers to have their own property. From that I started to hit the quota for me to be able to go to other country and sell properties to our OFW Kababayan.

I have been using Social Media Platform since 2019 to present to manage my own business and for my real estate career. I use Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Business Suite, fb ads campaign.

I started doing social media content creation since I started doing real state, since 2019 where I gained experience to use tools and other platforms related for my content creation and doing campaigns.
