I made sure that every related fees were accurately computed. I wrote summary report every end of cycle to be submitted to the management.

I worked with a US Bank as a fraud and Claims Associate. I did initial review for every unusual transactions on the cardholder's account. I needed to differentiate fraud transactions from non-fraud transactions. While under investigation, I did precautionary measures for the safety of the cardholder's account.
