I was trained to be a problem solver instead of dwelling with the problem. When I was working in the call center, I worked on two accounts which are telecommunication and travel. In general, we would help customers solve their issues with their phones and bills. As for the other account, we would look for alternative flights for their interrupted flights due to schedule changes. My current work as admin assistant not just involves paperworks but also help our stakeholders with their problems. Some situation would be when student council and organizations have problems with their budgetary requirements, I would check their documents and provide solutions on how to expedite its processing. I helped a contractor/supplier process their payment because their requirements were already completed, its just that the Chairperson of the Project Management Committee has already resigned and there's only one member left in the committee. The contractor/supplier was frustrated and would always follow-up in our office. So, I stepped up and helped the member on how to fix the problem with their documents, hence the payment was released. I was able to look for ways on how we can buy giveaways to 140 number external partner agencies for just a budget amounting to 100,000 pesos.

I love travelling and whenever I am travelling with friends, I am the one checking out places. I would plan the trip, our accommodation, and where we eat. I would also list down the budget and the actual cost.

Since I was a student, I have ben exposed to using computers. I owned a laptop bought through hard work of my father. I was able to explore using the computer and enhanced my skills over time which include research and typing skills. I also am proficient in using Microsoft and Google Applications, online meeting platforms (Zoom, Skype, Teams, Meet). If I wanted to learn something, I would look for tutorials and figure out how I can customize those to meet my expectations.

I have previously worked as a call center agent wherein we can only speak in English. I also have previously worked as a technical writer wherein we draft descriptions for engineering products and services. Currently, I draft communication letters, memoranda, and office orders.

Since I was a student, I already had interest on planning and organizing events. I would organize high school reunions. In college when I was part of the student council, we organized events for our college and foundation weeks such as pageants, sports fests, outreach programs, and clean up drives. When I was working at the call center, I would arrange our team building activity. Aside from organizing events, I would do organization of emails, calendars, and databases including master list of documented information.
Experience: 1 - 2 years
I got the chance to work as a freelance copyeditor and proofreader at ESS Manufacturing Services wherein we edit and proofread learning materials for elementary and high school students. We used the Track Changes feature in MS Word and the comment tool in Adobe Reader to annotate the files.
