Social Media Manager with Graphic Design Skills

I handle the full process of content creation from researching ideas to designing and editing, scheduling posts, and monitoring results. I’ve managed this end-to-end workflow for three local brands, and I also create content for some of my other clients to help them maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.

I have experience in customer service where I assisted with inquiries, handled concerns, and made sure customers were satisfied with the support they received. I always aim to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and provide a positive experience for every customer.

I have experience in email marketing through Shopify, where I create and send campaigns to engage customers and drive sales. I also design email templates in Canva to make them visually appealing and aligned with the brand’s style.

I have experience using the Shopify app to manage products, track orders, and update listings. I also handle campaigns within the platform, including setting up promotions and monitoring results to help boost sales.

I also do product and lifestyle photography mainly for the brands I handle. I’m not a professional photographer, but my photos are good enough to be used for creating content that fits well on social media and marketing materials.
