I have 6 years of experience as a virtual assistant in the real estate sector. I managed and carried out a variety of tasks including Transaction Coordinator's assistant, administrative tasks, real estate data entry specialist, compliance manager for KW Command, and social media post assistant. Using a variety of websites, including ColdwellBanker, Zillow, Redfin, MLS Pin, MLS RED, NEREN, and FLEX mls, I have gathered data and conducted DUE DILIGENCE. I recorded the name of the property owner or the company name in the Follow-up boss for each property. I utilized BeenVerified and OpenCorporates to obtain their phone numbers and email addresses. Additionally, I am proficient in creating transactions in TCWorkflow or Open to Close and uploading files to KWCommand in order to comply. 

I have the ability to dig deeper into a comprehensive comparable analysis, examining all the details that set the comparable apart from the subject property as well as conducting a neighborhood analysis. Better views are included in this, and it will also rely on the client's requirements and for listing boost that includes just listed, open house, under agreement posts (social media milestones post) Canva marketing flyer “one sheet” to send to agent for open house prep Update MLS listing to Sold status to use for the social media post. I visit Redfin and Zillow to ensure each property's rent price, and I carefully consider the rent prices of the properties that are nearby in each market. I am able to evaluate a property's potential and classify it as a townhouse, single-family home, or multi-family structure. I also have six months of experience as a Real Estate Compliance Officer in order to submit files in kwcommand, where my duties included checking that agent transactions followed company protocols. When agents begin, pause, or finish a transaction, I also review the supporting documentation. As transactions and documents enter their dashboard system like skyslope, Zipform Plus, Dotloop, or Docusign, I have the option to accept or refuse them. Send an email to the agent if the documents are incomplete. Finally, I have worked for a year and a half as a real estate researcher and data entry. During that time, I built up each property and made sure that its property was carefully classified.

I'm self-sufficient, able to work under pressure, quick to pick things up, disciplined enough to finish tasks by the deadline, and meticulous about every little detail.
